Payment:
Payment can be made by banker's draft or bank transfer payable to: Rooney Auctioneers, 99 O'Connell Street, Limerick V94 P8CY.
Cancellations:
Cancellations made 1 month before arrival, will have all monies repaid except the booking deposit. There will be no refund after this date.
Accepted Students:
Accepted students will be sent a lease agreement with confirmation of their house and room number etc. The lease must be signed by the student and a Guarantor and returned with the first installment of rent on or before Friday 20th August.
General Information:
Each house is fully furnished and each kitchen equipped. Student's provide their own bed linen, duvet, pillow etc. There is a TV in the living room and TV connections in each bedroom. There is also a Broadband Internet Connection in every bedroom.
IMPORTANT
Rooms are available only to students of Tralee Institute of Technology.
This is a fixed term letting agreement so all rent must be paid until the end of each college year.
Refunds will only be given out at the end of the year when it is clear that the contract has been honoured.
All refunds will be posted to the tenant's home address after departure.
